With this privacy statement, we would like to inform you how we process your personal data while using this website or our service. This privacy statement applies only to personal or individual-related data of users of our websites or customers of our service. In this context, the goedle.io GmbH is the controller of your personal information in terms of the GDPR. We may collect certain types of data about you if you:

This data may include title, name, house address, e-mail address, or phone number. Additionally, we also obtain other data points automatically. Tracking Pixels and Web Beacons
If you decide to sign up for our newsletter, request information about our product or exchange other emails with our team, we may use tracking pixels to measure the effectiveness of our communication. Typically, you can configure your email client in such a way that is does not to load such tracking pixels. Hence, not transmitting any behavioral data to our analytics tools.

Our website uses the Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage third-party tools to analyze website traffic. You can refuse the usage of GTM by clicking on the link below. Disabling GTM will shut down all third-party services which are managed via GTM which includes Google Analytics and goedle.io’s own service to analyze user behavior.

Please note that on this website, Google Analytics code is supplemented by “anonymizeIp” to ensure an anonymized collection of IP addresses (so called IP-masking). We also use Google AdWords to run advertisement campaigns and have it connected with Google Analytics. By doing so, we can run re-marketing campaigns based on previous user behavior on our website. You can also opt-out from being included in personalized advertisement by following this link.
We use our own machine learning service to analyze the traffic on our own website. We use this information to personalize our marketing, optimize our website, or to improve the user experience of our service. More information about our service can be found in the Terms of Service. You can also deactivate the goedle.io tracking by setting the Do-Not-Track setting in your browser, or alternatively by deactivating GTM as described above.
If you sign up for our product, request a demo, or sign up for our newsletter, you will receive emails from us. You can opt-out from receiving such emails by following the instructions in those emails, or by directly replying to these emails. If you opt-out using any of these mechanisms, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as updates related to your account or updates to the terms of our service.

You have the right to know if we are processing any of your personal data, you can request access to this data, and you can ask us to correct or to delete this data. You also have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data and the right to data portability. You can always unsubscribe from any newsletters that we may send to you. In case you have given us consent to sending you information and processing your personal data, you can always revoke your consent by getting in touch with us.
